The material of the shielding cover is generally made of 0.2mm thick stainless steel and phosphor bronze, among which phosphor bronze is a metal shielding material that is easy to tin. When using SMT patches, the design of suction cups should be considered.

2. Material application

The shielding frame generally uses Cu-C7521-H [universal material], Cu-C7521-OH [soft material, for deep drawing] (nickel white copper, copper nickel zinc alloy), NickelSilver），t=0.2，0.3mm； The shielding cover is generally made of stainless steel SUS304R-1/2H [bending processing], SUS304R-1/4H [deep drawing use], t=0.15, 0.2mm, tin plated steel strip (tinplate), etc;

For soldering on PCBs, white copper and tin sheet can be used, and it is recommended to use white copper because it is better in soldering, heat dissipation, and steam.
