ARIDA-PINE is a group company that specialize in the development of production stamping machines, and a firm that customizes Nickel Tabs and Bus bars for battery packs in new energy and power battery industries. We were established in 2016 and provides customized interconnects for cylindrical cells, prismatic cells, and other special battery packs. ARIDA-PINE offers a complete set of customized solutions from raw materials to mold design, stamping, AI CCD inspection, manual inspection, electroplating, testing, and packaging. The entire production process is strictly managed through a quality-oriented workflow. We provide customers with high-quality battery interconnect accessories.

HOT PRODUCTS

Tooling & Stamping

Supported by in-house hardware mold R&D capabilities, we ensure rapid prototyping. Our high-speed presses achieve an exceptional precision of < 0.01mm, allowing us to expertly process ultra-thin nickel and copper sheets ranging from 0.06mm to 0.5mm to meet rigorous precision requirements.

Plating & Composite

We offer both full plating and local selective continuous plating processes for copper, nickel, and tin, with plating thickness precisely controlled between 0.5μm and 10μm per specific requirements. Beyond pure metals, we also integrate high-temperature PPS/PPA plastics to deliver highly reliable composite connections for new energy applications.

Inspection & Taping

We enforce layered quality control, from raw material incoming inspection to in-process and final packaging inspection. Utilizing over 40 fully automatic taping lines, our components are efficiently packed into reels that can be directly loaded into SMT pick-and-place machines, significantly streamlining your assembly process.

Quality & Traceability

WOur operations are fully certified by the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system. We utilize an end-to-end digital traceability system covering the entire chain, from raw material warehousing to finished goods shipping, ensuring zero-defect delivery and absolute reliability for your battery packs.
